The authors of AQPQ are collaborating with a variety of individuals and organizations to develop and implement strategic resources for navigating our complex global business environments.
For instance, Dr. Michael Kraten is serving as the host, director, discussion leader, and content manager for a series of online continuing professional education sessions in partnership with the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA). The series, entitled Lunch and Learn with Dr. Mike, is presented on the Business Learning Institute’s CPA Island campus within the virtual reality system Second Life.
Dr. Kraten has also authored a “how to” book for Business Expert Press entitled Business Planning and Entrepreneurship: An Accounting Approach. The book, written in conversational format for business executives and managers, explains a “nuts and bolts” process for addressing business model, volume, cost, revenue, investment value, and risk management issues within a strategic plan.
We are also actively contributing to the education, training, and professional development activities of a wide variety of global organizations, including the Global Digital Business Society, Henry Stewart Talks of London, and Southern Cross University in Lismore, Australia.
