The authors of AQPQ are working with various organizations that are designing and implementing new technological processes and systems, and entrepreneurial business activities, to succeed in an increasingly integrated global business environment.

For instance, we are collaborating with MarketHealth, a New York based publisher of investment information, to develop financial literacy materials for individuals who are investing for retirement via 401k and 403b accounts. We are also collaborating with the Connecticut Society of CPAs to present a set of informational financial literacy lectures entitled Me, Myself, My Money to nontraditional audiences; we performed the final quality edit on the most recent (second edition) version of these materials.

Furthermore, we are working with senior faculty members at the University of Connecticut on computer based research simulations involving global transfer pricing negotiations. We have also participated in the investigation of possible manipulation of the global Libor interest rate benchmark in collaboration with senior researchers at Moody’s, LECG, and the University of Connecticut; the resulting research article was covered twice by the Wall Street Journal, and was recently published in the Journal of Banking and Finance.
